ActiveSwinGym® is an innovative online Fitness system with specific exercises for the whole body, dedicated to golf, but within everyone's reach, to be performed without tools, wherever and whenever you want. Filippo explains, illustrates and talks to you about training to make it part of your life, about creating and maintaining your positive mindset. The exercises are simple, innovative, a combination of technique and improvisation but, with the sole purpose of making and keeping the workouts effective, interesting and unique, using the mind and muscle chains. The game unites all ages, my workouts are games and as such you will never want to stop doing them.

  • I will teach you to gradually use your body with easy movements and without loads (weights).
  • I'll teach you how to develop a muscle plan for your needs and level of training.
  • I'll teach you how to train with effective exercises to make your body move more harmoniously.
  • I will teach you how to use the "Muscular Chains" in order to obtain a better result "exploiting the energy of each single chain.
  • I will teach you to know your body and how to use it in different situations and at different times.

Whether you are a beginner or an athlete, you will come to understand that to play golf or to practice any other sporting activity, you will need to train your body in a targeted and effective way.

How much do you have to train?

The word training is the set of 2 phases: Work + Rest without detracting from nutrition.

The balance of these two words leads to a great workout.

I recommend at least two workouts a week, if you're not too stressed out even 3-4 a week, depending on your age and training intensity.
