To test your level of preparation, we offer you 5 videos with demonstration exercises.

After completing each exercise, you will have to describe your experience by filling out the questionnaire. Based on your answers, you will obtain an assessment of your physical condition and you will be assigned one of 5 levels.

Each level is made up of 5 sub-levels (indicated with the letters A-B-C-D-E) containing exercises of different intensity and difficulty, you can therefore purchase a worksheet suitable for your state of preparation.

It is important to follow the detailed instructions in the video precisely and try to perform the exercise correctly.

The advice is to train at least twice a week, your physical preparation will improve and after a month you will be ready to repeat the test reaching the next level with a new form to perform. Are you ready?
